After a change in Washington state healthcare policies, UW Medicine needed to notify teens and their parents about changes to their online patient accounts. I wrote landing page copy and sent notification emails to keep patients informed.
I helped teens and their caretakers understand the differences between the child, teen and proxy MyChart patient accounts. I made it easy for teens to sign up for an account if they wanted one. You can see the entire page here.
